By creating a profile on SoulStars, you acknowledge and agree that you are an independent practitioner and are solely responsible for the services you provide, the information you share, and your interactions with users.

SoulStars is a technology platform designed to connect seekers with practitioners. SoulStars does not employ, supervise, direct, endorse, certify, guarantee, or control the services provided by practitioners on the platform.

As a practitioner, you agree that:

  • You are solely responsible for your professional conduct, communications, services, pricing, business practices, and client relationships.

  • You will accurately represent your experience, training, certifications, credentials, and areas of expertise.

  • You will not make false, misleading, or unsubstantiated claims regarding your services or expected outcomes.

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and professional standards relevant to your practice.

  • You are responsible for maintaining any insurance, certifications, permits, or business registrations that may apply to your services.

  • You understand that SoulStars does not guarantee referrals, bookings, clients, income, visibility, reviews, or business outcomes.

  • You acknowledge that users make their own decisions regarding practitioner selection and participation in services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoulStars, its owners, affiliates, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising from your services, business activities, communications, or interactions with users.

SoulStars reserves the right to suspend, remove, or restrict practitioner profiles that violate platform policies, misrepresent qualifications, receive credible safety complaints, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise act in a manner inconsistent with the mission and standards of the platform.
